I was asked to design and think of a piece that would be an appropriate gift for an around the clock baby shower for the mother-to-be. The lady that made the request had to take a gift that would work for 3:00 AM. I chose to paint on a beside water carafe. I hope that as this new Mommy settles back into her bed and reaches for a drink of water that she will smile as she is reminded of the "Sweetness" that awakened her....

Something about this watch makes me think of a princess or an angel.
This watch has quite a story!
First, let me just say that me being an Interior Designer/Artist and my husband being a Developer/Builder--well, the economic crisis is hitting us hard. There is a beautiful lady at our church and she too makes jewelry. Last week she approached me and requested that I make her a watch...Wow! I am so honored and deep down I know that she is trying to help us in a dignified manner. God is so good and sends special angels our way everyday! She wanted a bold gold presence to wear with her gold jewelry. I searched and searched the internet looking for the perfect beads and I believe that I found them...
The hand made lampwork beads are entitled " Golden Tourmaline."
They are just amazing!
I added Bali sterling silver, sterling silver, 14k gold, and mother-of-pearl to create this timepiece. I am very excited about how it turned out...when I look at it, without intention, I see traces of my favorite jewelry designers
( Judith Ripka, Barbara Bixby, Ann King).
I can't wait to present this piece to my special friend.
Thank You

As a little girl, I lived in Colorado. What a beautiful place to spend some of my childhood - - I moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado when I was in third grade and left when I was in sixth grade. I had a perfect view of Pikes Peak to greet me every day. I have such a warm and peaceful feeling when I close my eyes and remember the wonderful years of childhood. This set is inspired by these memories and dedicated to the beautiful Southwest.
The pieces are made of Sterling Silver, Tiger's Eye, Natural Mother-of-Pearl, Turquoise and Amazonite. Pictured above is a bracelet, earrings, and a large charm that would look lovely as a zipper pull or a handbag charm to complete your ensemble.

I can't help but dream of the ocean. I just love it so much! When I saw these tumbled, blue mother-of-pearl beads, I had to have them to create my tribute to the ocean.
They melt into iolite chips to join sea blue-green smooth mother-of-pearls that represent the beautiful depths of the sea, Swarovski clear crystals to remind me of how the sun turns the oceans surface into a sparkling diamond, and intricate sterling silver to capture the waves
that are a part of the oceans majesty.

Can you see the country cottage nestled in a field of wild flowers, surrounded by majestic mountains and quiet streams?....An old, but very beautiful barn in the distance?...
White linens and overflowing vases?....
That's what I saw when I created this pattern. I hope that it evokes an image of
French Country that is as pleasing to your spirit as it is to mine. Enjoy!

Although the paint on each piece has been heat treated for durability, I recommend that you wash it in plain water or mild soapy water by hand. These items are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Do not soak or scrub your giftware. Dry lightly with a soft cloth.
I use a non-toxic, water-based glass enamel paint that is heat set for durability. It is dishwasher safe on the top rack only - BUT I would go by the care instructions above to prevent chipping and to guarantee the quality of each piece.
Each piece of art glassware will come with a romance card that also includes all of the care instructions and artist information. A perfect little gift card for that special present!
Thank you so much for your interest in "Bountiful Blessings Boutique."

What a wonderful feeling when you wake up and it is indeed a "Good Morning!" This pattern includes wild roses and rose buds, sunflowers, pansies, marigolds, white filler flowers, greenery and dragonflies. They are all swirled together in a magical mix reminding us that God's mercies are new every morning. Thank you, Jesus!
I have acquired a number of beautiful, authentic wooden cigar boxes that I am painting, sealing, adding brass feet, and making artglass/lampwork/wooden bead handles. These cube boxes are the perfect size for the large ornament and they make a lovely set. My painting goes all around the boxes - even on the top and bottom - so it is richly detailed! These will be available until I can no longer find the supplies.
Set - $125.00
