Mizzou Memories -
When I finished this watch, I thought that it looked like a sophisticated Mizzou memory of black and gold. I used a marcasite watch face, 14k gold beads, Bali sterling silver, black onyx, and gold lampwork beads to create this timepiece.

Enchanted Kingdom -

Something about this watch makes me think of a princess or an angel.

This watch has quite a story!

First, let me just say that me being an Interior Designer/Artist and my husband being a Developer/Builder--well, the economic crisis is hitting us hard. There is a beautiful lady at our church and she too makes jewelry. Last week she approached me and requested that I make her a watch...Wow! I am so honored and deep down I know that she is trying to help us in a dignified manner. God is so good and sends special angels our way everyday! She wanted a bold gold presence to wear with her gold jewelry. I searched and searched the internet looking for the perfect beads and I believe that I found them...

The hand made lampwork beads are entitled " Golden Tourmaline."
They are just amazing!

I added Bali sterling silver, sterling silver, 14k gold, and mother-of-pearl to create this timepiece. I am very excited about how it turned out...when I look at it, without intention, I see traces of my favorite jewelry designers
( Judith Ripka, Barbara Bixby, Ann King).

I can't wait to present this piece to my special friend.

Thank You

Simply Southwest -
As a little girl, I lived in Colorado. What a beautiful place to spend some of my childhood - - I moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado when I was in third grade and left when I was in sixth grade. I had a perfect view of Pikes Peak to greet me every day. I have such a warm and peaceful feeling when I close my eyes and remember the wonderful years of childhood. This set is inspired by these memories and dedicated to the beautiful Southwest.
The pieces are made of Sterling Silver, Tiger's Eye, Natural Mother-of-Pearl, Turquoise and Amazonite. Pictured above is a bracelet, earrings, and a large charm that would look lovely as a zipper pull or a handbag charm to complete your ensemble.

"Ocean"
I can't help but dream of the ocean. I just love it so much! When I saw these tumbled, blue mother-of-pearl beads, I had to have them to create my tribute to the ocean.
They melt into iolite chips to join sea blue-green smooth mother-of-pearls that represent the beautiful depths of the sea, Swarovski clear crystals to remind me of how the sun turns the oceans surface into a sparkling diamond, and intricate sterling silver to capture the waves
that are a part of the oceans majesty.

Earthly Treasures -
I started weaving crystals and gemstones when I couldn't find any free time to paint...chasing my very active toddler around seems to take all of my concentration. Making jewelry gives me the option to start-stop- and continue - whenever I find a minute. Just like my painting, I love lots of detail! This piece has it....

rose quartz, turquoise dyed jade, red jasper, tiger's eye, Russian jade, blue goldstone, pineapple quartz, lapidolite, and amethyst -

Strung on a solid sterling silver bangle bracelet with sterling silver bead ends -
Finished with a charm made with designer red sparkle art glass, blue goldstone, amethyst and Bali sterling silver
The earrings are made to match the charm with Bali sterling silver posts.
